Guild Events and so on and so on

Alright so 3.3 just hit and boy is there a lot to do. With the crafting rifts coming back we want to start getting back into the swing of crifting on a certain day. Tweetypinky is our Guild event coordinator. If you want to do a certain event, please let Tweetypinky know and she will schedule such fun events. But for now, here's some more info!

Wednesdays are normal raid days for Team 1. Team 1 raids at 6:30pm ST, but for after raid we need to start up Spirit of Adventure, we also need to be forming the PvP for weeklies. With so much happening, and only so very few of us council, we need to scope out people to be on council and be an officer in the guild as well. So if you think you have what it takes to be an officer or councilman/woman, you need to be showing us what you can do, and send one of us a message in regards to what you can bring to the table and three reasons why you should be on council.

For a long time KoB has prided itself on being a very friendly and open guild. We will always continue that. If there are some people that are less friendly than others, let them know that it's okay and that there's no need for hostility. If you ever have an issue please bring it to our attention and we will gauge the situation.

Now let me explain the difference. If someone comes off like they are rude or whatnot, I want you to truly think about. Are they joking? Is that just their personality? Are they overly sarcastic? That's okay. Not everyone can tell, but please give them the benefit of the doubt and never take anything that they say that may be seen as hate, to heart, because nine times out of ten they really are joking and didn't think about how others would take it and if you are one of the ones that say things jokingly but others take it wrong, just let them know that you were joking please.

Everyone matters, don't think that you don't. We need each and every one of you all. KoB would not be here without you. We need to be recruiting for everything. We are a PVE, PVP friendly guild. If people have questions about the guild, direct them to the website or direct them to someone who knows the answers to the questions.
