Hello everyone. My name is Kisake and I'm one of the guild owners.  Below are your Class Leads. Be mindful of your class leads. They are here to HELP you. If you don't pay attention and don't make an attempt to know your Class Leads then we can't help you. Some of the Class Leads are critical. They can be brutally honest. That's okay. They aren't here to hold your hand and baby you. They are here to get straight to the point and give you the information you need to be a better player. If you are wanting to raid you MUST parse with your class lead or a raid leader. Our standards for raiding is much lower than most all guilds on Faeblight and across different shards as well. Keep in mind that we may have lower standards, that doesn't make us not awesome. We are proud of what we do in game. We are proud to be Knights of Blood because we are a very close family. We are brothers and sisters and we take care of each other. Remember to respect each other. I know that things can be stressful and their can be a serious air sometimes about raiding and learning new specs. That's okay. Don't take everything to heart because trust me, they're only trying to help you understand your spec better. Remember to thank your class leads for helping you because they are taking time out of their very busy schedule to help you. If you blow them off and don't listen, then they won't help you again. What they do is a courtesy. Some of the class leads may direct you to the forums or they may give you the spec and have you set it up. Then get with you again later to parse and set up your rotation. They are not going to hold your hand. That's not what we are about. We do guided learning, but you have to show effort and the want to be a better player. We can't help you if you truly don't want to be better. Thank you everyone for your attention and patience.
